$300 per night for stays of 6 nights or less
$250 per night for stays of 7-14 nights
$190 per night for stays of 15 nights or more
A flat rate cleaning fee of $150 is applied for stays shorter than three weeks. A flat rate cleaning fee of $200 is applied for stays exceeding three weeks. State and city taxes will be included on the invoice.
